Yoko Co is hiring a WordPress Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support and help maintain high-performing websites for mission-driven organizations.
Role Overview:
You’ll troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and support clients with clear, friendly communication ensuring their WordPress sites run smoothly and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve WordPress issues (plugins, themes, integrations, bugs).
- Provide technical support and communicate solutions to clients.
- Update WordPress core, plugins, and themes safely.
- Debug and modify HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP when needed.
- Monitor site performance, security, and hosting environments.
- Document support work and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Technical experience in WordPress
- Strong knowledge of themes, plugins, and site configuration.
- Experience with debugging, DNS, hosting, and integrations.
