A role featured on We Work Remotely is hiring a Digital Analytics Engineer to take full ownership of tracking and analytics across a custom-built platform.
Role Overview:
You’ll audit, fix, and optimize tracking systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data across the full user journey, from landing pages to conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit existing tracking setup and identify gaps.
- Implement end-to-end tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Configure and validate conversion events (including purchases).
- Ensure clean data flow between GA4, GTM, and Google Ads.

Set up Enhanced Conversions and perform thorough QA.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with GA4 and GTM on custom-built websites.
- Strong knowledge of dataLayer and event tracking architecture.
- Experience with debugging and validating analytics setups.

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with marketplaces or subscription funnels.

Knowledge of payment tracking and ad attribution optimization.
