Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and passionate Web Developer Instructor to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a desire to share their knowledge and expertise with students.
- As a Web Developer Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive web development courses that prepare students for successful careers in web development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and practical training sessions on web development topics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop course materials, exercises, and projects to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, addressing their queries and challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training modules.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and hackathons to boost engagement and practical learning.
- Applicant must be at least 30 years old and must reside in Abuja.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Degree in Computer science, IT, or a related field preferably but not mandatory with 1-3 years experience.
- Proven experience in web development and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Git, and related technologies.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in web development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt to various learning styles.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
