Role Overview
- We are seeking smart, driven, and result-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Collection Specialists.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in the fintech and financial services sector, particularly in credit and debt recovery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers with outstanding loan obligations via phone, email, and other approved channels
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely debt recovery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions
- Follow up consistently on overdue accounts to achieve collection targets
- Adhere strictly to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Escalate complex cases where necessary
Requirements as CashXpress Nigeria is Hiring Collection Specialists
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
- You must have NYSC
- Must be a fresh graduate or have 0–2 years experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
