About the Role
DV Trading is seeking a DevOps/SRE Intern to support Kubernetes-based infrastructure, observability, and platform reliability while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes (Pods, Services, Ingress)
- Work with GitOps tools like Argo CD
- Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
- Triage alerts and support incident resolution
- Build dashboards and improve observability
- Assist in migrating services to Kubernetes
- Contribute to internal automation and AI-assisted tooling
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
- Basic Linux, networking, and Git knowledge
- Experience with Python scripting and YAML configs
- Interest in DevOps/SRE practices and system reliability
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or monitoring tools
Compensation
- $30–$35/hour
