About the Role
Reliance Health is hiring a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate transactions, reconciliations, and financial insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Assist with audits, compliance, and financial controls
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/HND in Finance, Accounting, or related field + NYSC
  • 3+ years experience in finance/accounting
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
  • Background in healthcare, fintech, or insurance
  • ICAN/ACCA (or in progress)
