About the Role
Reliance Health is hiring a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate transactions, reconciliations, and financial insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Assist with audits, compliance, and financial controls
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Finance, Accounting, or related field + NYSC
- 3+ years experience in finance/accounting
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
- Background in healthcare, fintech, or insurance
- ICAN/ACCA (or in progress)
