Customer Service Representative at TasklyAfrica

About the Role
TasklyAfrica is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support U.S.-based companies. You’ll handle customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email while delivering high-quality support from a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Respond to emails and live chat inquiries
  • Resolve complaints and escalate when needed
  • Document interactions and update customer records
  • Meet performance targets (CSAT, response time, etc.)

Requirements

  • 1+ year customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (clear accent)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
  • Reliable internet (min. 10 Mbps) and quiet workspace
  • Ability to work flexible hours (U.S. time zones)
