Overview
DEX Imaging is hiring a part-time, work-from-home Customer Service Representative to handle Tier 1 support calls. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who can assist customers with basic technical issues and service requests.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and voicemails from customers
  • Assist with service requests, supplies, and basic troubleshooting
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support
  • Track and manage customer requests
  • Provide clear communication and follow-ups
  • Stay updated on company processes and tools

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Reliable internet connection (required)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
