Overview
DEX Imaging is hiring a part-time, work-from-home Customer Service Representative to handle Tier 1 support calls. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who can assist customers with basic technical issues and service requests.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and voicemails from customers
- Assist with service requests, supplies, and basic troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support
- Track and manage customer requests
- Provide clear communication and follow-ups
- Stay updated on company processes and tools
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Reliable internet connection (required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Call center experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
