About the Role
TasklyAfrica is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support U.S.-based companies. You’ll handle customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email while delivering high-quality support from a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to emails and live chat inquiries
- Resolve complaints and escalate when needed
- Document interactions and update customer records
- Meet performance targets (CSAT, response time, etc.)
Requirements
- 1+ year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent English communication skills (clear accent)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
- Reliable internet (min. 10 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours (U.S. time zones)
