Yoko Co is hiring a WordPress Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support and help maintain high-performing websites for mission-driven organizations.

Role Overview:
You’ll troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and support clients with clear, friendly communication ensuring their WordPress sites run smoothly and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve WordPress issues (plugins, themes, integrations, bugs).
  • Provide technical support and communicate solutions to clients.
  • Update WordPress core, plugins, and themes safely.
  • Debug and modify HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP when needed.
  • Monitor site performance, security, and hosting environments.
  • Document support work and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Technical experience in WordPress
  • Strong knowledge of themes, plugins, and site configuration.
  • Experience with debugging, DNS, hosting, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Git and agency/client support environments.
