World Bank–IDEAS TVET Initiative 2026 | Free Practical Poultry Training for Nigerians

The Federal College of Animal Health and Technology (FCAH&T), in collaboration with the World Bank and the Ideas TVET Initiative, has announced applications for the 2026 Free Practical Poultry Training Program for Nigerians.

This fully funded training program is designed to equip participants with modern, hands-on skills in poultry production. Successful participants will receive a monthly stipend, official certification, and a starter package upon completion, enabling them to begin or scale their poultry enterprises.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the World Bank Ideas TVET Initiative Free Practical Poultry Training, applicants must:

  • Be young men or women aged 18–35 years
  • Be resident in Ibadan or its environs within Oyo State
  • Be willing to commit to the full six (6) months of training
