Digital Resource is hiring a Web Developer to join our Web Team. Reporting to the Website Development Manager, you’ll build, launch, and maintain high-performing websites for a diverse client base.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage sites in Webflow and WordPress
- Translate design mockups into responsive, accessible websites
- Optimize for SEO, speed, and performance
- Implement custom themes, features, and integrations
- Troubleshoot issues and manage ongoing site updates

Collaborate with designers and account managers to deliver projects on time
What You Bring
- 2 years+ of professional web development experience
- Strong Webflow expertise; proficiency in HTML, CSS, responsive design
- Experience with WordPress custom themes/plugins
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, and estimation skills
- Understanding of UI/UX, accessibility, and SEO best practices

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
Nice to Have: JavaScript, Shopify (Liquid), NodeJS/ReactJS, web security knowledge, mentoring experience.
