OP Labs is hiring a Sequencing Protocol Engineer to build and evolve the OP Stack’s sequencing and MEV-focused components. You’ll work closely with protocol engineers to design, implement, and ship core features aligned with OP Labs’ long-term Ethereum vision.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain the OP Stack sequencer and related systems
- Own features end-to-end, from design to production
- Build performant, clean Rust code for distributed systems

What we’re looking for
- Strong production experience in software engineering
- Deep knowledge of Ethereum/EVM and distributed systems
