Job Description
As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of our products. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, creating engaging graphics, and ensuring consistency across digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
NextGen Tech Labs is Recruiting for the following Vacant positions:
- Graphic Designer
- UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX for
- web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop engaging graphic content for digital platforms (social media, marketing materials, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in UI/UX or Graphic Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI screens and graphic design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as:
Figma
Adobe XD
Photoshop
Illustrator
Canva - Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS is a plus)
- Experience working in agile teams
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
