Boulevard is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead platform-level design for its client experience platform. This role focuses on building scalable systems that support salons, spas, and self-care businesses globally.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design strategy for core platform systems (payments, APIs, data, etc.)
- Create scalable design patterns and frameworks
- Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams
- Contribute to design systems and platform evolution
- Help shape AI-driven features and workflows
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking and experience designing for scale
- Proven product design experience (SaaS/platform environments)
- Expertise in end-to-end design process (research to delivery)
- Ability to work closely with engineering on complex products
- Proficiency in tools like Figma
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
