We are seeking enthusiastic, curious, and driven graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Trainee Program.
This program is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy systems, power infrastructure, and engineering operations within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Support project execution and site inspections
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of solar, inverter, UPS, and power systems
- Learn system design, operations, and basic troubleshooting
- Support documentation, reporting, and data analysis
- Work closely with senior engineers and technical teams
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Basic understanding of electrical or energy systems is an added advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
