NIBSS is recruiting for the following roles:
Product Officer – Payments
The Product Officer will support the development, management, and optimization of payment-related products. The role involves working closely with internal teams and financial institutions to enhance payment solutions and drive product adoption across the digital payments ecosystem.
Product Officer – Data & Portal Unit
This role focuses on managing digital platforms, data systems, and product portals that support financial institutions and payment service providers. The successful candidate will help ensure platform performance, usability, and continuous improvement of digital services.
Team Lead – Product Management (Payments)
The Team Lead will oversee product strategy, development, and delivery within the payments portfolio. This leadership role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring that NIBSS payment solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Relationship Manager – Banks
The Relationship Manager will manage strategic partnerships with commercial banks, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with NIBSS payment infrastructure services. The role involves stakeholder engagement, business development, and relationship management.
Relationship Manager – Partnerships
This position focuses on building and managing partnerships with fintech companies, payment service providers, and ecosystem partners to expand the reach of NIBSS products and services.
Relationship Officer – MFBs
The Relationship Officer will support engagement with Microfinance Banks (MFBs), assisting them in adopting and integrating NIBSS payment solutions.
Relationship Officer – PSBs
This role supports Payment Service Banks (PSBs) by strengthening relationships and facilitating the adoption of digital payment infrastructure within the banking ecosystem.
Team Lead – MFBs (Business Development)
The Team Lead will drive business development initiatives within the microfinance banking segment, expanding NIBSS solutions across MFB networks and supporting financial inclusion initiatives.
Team Lead – Non-Bank Financial Institutions (Business Development)
This role focuses on growing partnerships with non-bank financial institutions such as fintech companies and payment service providers, ensuring broader adoption of NIBSS payment infrastructure.
