Exeter Finance is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to support recovery efforts on accounts 5–80 days delinquent while assisting customers with loan inquiries and payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments and arrange payment plans
- Answer questions regarding interest, due dates, and account status
- Document all interactions accurately in collection systems
- Monitor delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

Ensure compliance with FDCPA and company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and collection software
