Walter is hiring an Investor Onboarding Specialist to manage the full investor onboarding process for private equity real estate investments. The role focuses on delivering a seamless “white-glove” experience for investors from commitment to funding while ensuring compliance, accurate records, and smooth communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end investor onboarding workflow.
- Coordinate KYC, accreditation, and regulatory compliance with third-party partners.
- Track capital commitments, wire transfers, and investment lifecycle updates.
- Maintain accurate investor data and documentation in InvestNext.
- Ensure smooth investor communication and support strong client relationships.

Work with CPAs, fund administrators, and operations teams for accurate reporting.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in investor relations, financial operations, or similar roles.
- Experience with investor portal tools like InvestNext (or ability to learn quickly).
- Strong skills in Excel and task management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp).
