Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update vehicle and driver records accurately and on time.
  • Track and manage the replacement of essential vehicle accessories and safety equipment (e.g., jacks, first aid kits, fire extinguishers).
  • Ensure timely renewal, distribution, and filing of all vehicle documents (insurance, roadworthiness, licenses).
  • Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, ensuring timely payment within SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage company cash flow to meet financial obligations, including payroll, debt payments, and operational expenses.
