Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update vehicle and driver records accurately and on time.
- Track and manage the replacement of essential vehicle accessories and safety equipment (e.g., jacks, first aid kits, fire extinguishers).
- Ensure timely renewal, distribution, and filing of all vehicle documents (insurance, roadworthiness, licenses).
- Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, ensuring timely payment within SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage company cash flow to meet financial obligations, including payroll, debt payments, and operational expenses.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks such as interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity price risks using hedging or other instruments.
