Executive Escalation Analyst III at Coinbase

 

Coinbase is building an open financial system for the world. We’re hiring an Executive Escalation Analyst III to manage high-impact customer escalations and ensure a seamless, executive-level support experience.

What you’ll do

  • Own day-to-day operations of the executive escalations program
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues
  • Act as a senior escalation point across Customer Experience
  • Communicate clearly with executives, Product, Legal, and other stakeholders
  • Represent the voice of the customer to drive process and policy improvements

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in escalation management or customer support
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working defined shifts, including weekends
  • Fluent in English; adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have: Crypto or financial services experience, project management or analytics background.
