What You’ll Do
- Support B2C/B2B users via Discord, Telegram, Intercom, Slack
- Investigate and document issues using Etherscan, Phalcon, Tenderly
- Maintain support docs and community channels

Collaborate with product and engineering teams across time zones
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer support
- Experience in DeFi with strong blockchain knowledge
- Experience with Intercom and DeFi tooling
