The role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll deliver world-class support to Coinbase’s premium customers, resolving issues end-to-end and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.
What you’ll do
- Provide best-in-class customer support and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
- Use data and customer feedback to identify root causes and improve outcomes
- Develop strong knowledge of Coinbase products and the crypto ecosystem

Support regional and cross-functional projects as needed
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in customer support or service, working with high-value customers
- Basic knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 concepts
- Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset

Salary: $72,700/year
