Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via live chat and email.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in iGaming customer support (required).
  • Strong written English (B2 or higher).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a 24/7 shift environment (including nights/weekends).
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately.
