What you’ll do
- Support customers via phone, email, and messaging channels
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with accuracy and empathy
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Use data and feedback to identify root causes and improve support quality

Educate customers on Coinbase products and the evolving crypto landscape
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year experience in customer service or support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 concepts
- Willingness to work nights/weekends
