What you’ll do

  • Support customers via phone, email, and messaging channels
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with accuracy and empathy
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Use data and feedback to identify root causes and improve support quality
  • Educate customers on Coinbase products and the evolving crypto landscape

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ year experience in customer service or support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
  • Basic knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 concepts
  • Willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Full-time, in-office presence in Charlotte
