Personal Assistant

  • Location: Mainland, Lagos
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary Range: N100,000 – N150,000 / Month

Job Summary

  • The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to a senior executive. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organize files, documents, and records
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients in our Lagos corporate office.
  • The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding the company’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and official communication channels
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain proper documentation of client interactions using CRM systems
  • Prepare weekly/monthly customer service reports

Requirements
