Inevitable LLC is hiring a Content Operations & Digital Workflow Coordinator to manage the organization and delivery of educational and marketing content across digital platforms. This is a part-time remote contractor role focused on workflow coordination rather than content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and track production of digital and educational content.
  • Maintain timelines and task tracking systems for content projects.
  • Coordinate contributors and follow up on deliverables.
  • Deploy pre-created content across email campaigns, websites, and course platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy in content formatting, links, and placement.
  • Assist with coordination of communications, collaborations, and speaking engagements.

Tools:
Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Thinkific, Vbout, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT.

Role Details:

  • Flexible schedule (about 2 hours per weekday or two longer days per week).
  • Some availability overlapping with U.S. Central Time required.
  • Opportunity for long-term collaboration as the organization grows.
