The Role

As a Consultant, you’ll own client engagements from strategy through execution architecting HubSpot solutions, managing projects, and driving measurable business outcomes. You’ll align marketing, sales, service, and operations teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead HubSpot implementations, migrations, integrations, and optimization projects
  • Manage client relationships with proactive communication and strategic guidance
  • Create and oversee detailed project plans to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Translate business goals into scalable technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market teams (marketing, sales, service, ops)
  • Proven experience in client-facing consulting and project management
  • HubSpot CRM expertise (certifications preferred)
  • Ability to manage scope, budgets, and timelines effectively
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
