Role Overview

The Field Engineer Trainee role involves supporting safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. The position focuses on improving service performance, implementing standard operational processes, and managing risks during service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all job deliverables are completed accurately, on schedule, and in line with quality standards.
  • Execute service delivery activities in accordance with customer requirements and company policies.
  • Contribute to job risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Design and Technical Engineers in implementing technical programs, proposals, and bids.
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and contribute to performance improvement action plans.
  • Actively participate in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality programs.
  • Comply with all company HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain required safety training and certifications.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Job Delivery and Service Delivery teams.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Electrical, or related fields.
  • Recent graduates with 0–2 years of post-graduation experience are eligible to apply.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with strong adaptability and learning agility.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English with strong written, verbal, and reading abilities.
