Betaglass is inviting applications for its 2026 Apprenticeship Programme (BAP), providing a golden opportunity for young Nigerian OND graduates to kickstart a career in the manufacturing sector.
This 12-month intensive programme blends practical training with hands-on experience in a world-class glass production environment. Successful candidates will gain invaluable skills while working at Betaglass facilities in Agbara, Ogun State and Ughelli, Delta State.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Hold an OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Glass Technology
- Have a minimum of Lower Credit
- Possess 0–2 years of work experience
