Job Overview
The Logistics Executive will coordinate the movement of goods, manage delivery operations, and ensure efficient distribution processes. The role supports inventory flow, delivery scheduling, and logistics documentation to maintain timely and cost-effective supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities to ensure timely distribution of goods.
- Monitor shipment movements and provide delivery status updates.
- Liaise with warehouse teams, transport partners, and external vendors.
- Prepare logistics documentation such as waybills, delivery notes, and dispatch records.
- Track vehicle utilization and assist with route planning to improve delivery efficiency.
- Monitor logistics expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Resolve delivery issues and escalate operational challenges when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and logistics transactions.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management tools is an advantage.

Konga is looking for a proactive Employee Discount Scheme Executive to manage and expand the company’s internal employee discount program while supporting online and corporate FMCG sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the company’s employee discount scheme.
- Monitor employee eligibility and usage of the discount platform.
- Drive sales through the employee discount platform and online channels.
- Coordinate corporate orders from partner organizations and internal staff.
- Maintain transaction records and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Respond to inquiries related to the discount scheme and corporate orders.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales, administration, or FMCG operations.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
