What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from qualified inbound lead to close
- Conduct discovery calls to assess technical needs, budget, and urgency
- Collaborate with Talent/Matching teams to deliver strong candidate fits
- Build consultative client relationships

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (AE, SDR, or similar)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Coachable, results-driven, and self-motivated
