What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from qualified inbound lead to close
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess technical needs, budget, and urgency
  • Collaborate with Talent/Matching teams to deliver strong candidate fits
  • Build consultative client relationships
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience (AE, SDR, or similar)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Coachable, results-driven, and self-motivated
  • Available during standard working hours

Nice to Have: Experience in SaaS, tech recruiting, staffing, or talent marketplaces.
