About the Role
Reliance Health is looking for a Junior People Partner to support HR operations and align business goals with employee experience. You’ll work closely with managers and teams to drive performance, engagement, and people-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers and employees on HR policies and processes
- Assist with employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Support performance reviews and development plans
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
- Identify training needs and support learning programs
- Assist with compensation, benefits, and HR projects
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in HR or People Operations
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to confidentiality
- Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office
