About the Role
Reliance Health is looking for a Junior People Partner to support HR operations and align business goals with employee experience. You’ll work closely with managers and teams to drive performance, engagement, and people-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support managers and employees on HR policies and processes
  • Assist with employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Support performance reviews and development plans
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Identify training needs and support learning programs
  • Assist with compensation, benefits, and HR projects

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in HR or People Operations
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to confidentiality
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office
