Arch is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design and deploy real-world AI solutions for enterprise clients. This is a remote role working closely with both clients and internal teams.
Role Overview:
You’ll work directly with clients to build, deploy, and iterate AI and data solutions that drive real business impact owning projects from discovery to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to define problems and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and deploy production-grade AI systems and data pipelines.
- Integrate with tools like HRIS, ERP, CRM, and finance systems.
- Own end-to-end delivery, including deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Feed insights back into product development and platform improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience with data pipelines and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, embeddings, evaluation).
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
