We’re hiring a tech-savvy AI-Enhanced Virtual Assistant to support administrative, operational, and AI-powered workflows. This role focuses on using AI tools to automate processes, improve customer engagement, and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement AI tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, and Notion AI to automate workflows
  • Manage calendars, emails, files, and reports
  • Track tasks using ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
  • Support lead generation, sales follow-ups, and customer communication
  • Create performance reports, dashboards, and meeting summaries
  • Assist with research, scheduling, and project coordination

Requirements

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative support role
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
