Applicants must possess:
A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any of the following disciplines:

- Human Resources
- Information and Communications Technology
- Law
- Statistics

- Sociology
- Mass Communication
Maximum age of 26 years (28 years for Law graduates and Master’s degree holders only).
- A minimum of five (5) credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) obtained at one sitting.
- Completion of NYSC at the time of application (mandatory).
