The role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll deliver world-class support to Coinbase’s premium customers, resolving issues end-to-end and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.

What you’ll do

  • Provide best-in-class customer support and proactive issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
  • Use data and customer feedback to identify root causes and improve outcomes
  • Develop strong knowledge of Coinbase products and the crypto ecosystem
  • Support regional and cross-functional projects as needed

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in customer support or service, working with high-value customers
  • Basic knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Salary: $72,700/year
