Divine is hiring a Customer Support Agent to support users of our fintech products, including our undercollateralized lending platform. You’ll be the frontline voice for our users, resolving issues, answering questions, and sharing feedback with the team.
What you’ll do
- Handle customer inquiries via Intercom, email, and social channels
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate bugs to engineering
- Keep users informed on product updates and support documentation

- 2+ years in customer support or service roles
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
