Job Description
- We are recruiting call center agents for full remote jobs
- Work Schedule:You are required to work six days, which may include weekends; however, you are entitled to two days off after every cycle. The job involves morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts.
- Shift Hours: Day shifts are eight hours, while night shifts are ten hours.
- Equipment & Availability:You need to have a dedicated laptop, ensure power supply reliability, and be available for your scheduled shifts.
- Schedule:Your shifts will be pre-scheduled, providing you with advance notice.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a virtual setting.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts.
- Provide product or service information, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call handling time and quality standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Utilize technology, such as headsets and software, to manage calls and data.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of customer interactions.
