Graduate Trainee (Logistics)

  • We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our new graduate trainee program in Logistics.
  • As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience.
  • To be successful as a graduate trainee, you should be willing to learn about aspects of the company that lie outside of your department.
  • An outstanding graduate trainee should foster good relationships with staff members and leave a lasting imprint.

Responsibilities

  • Graduates Trainees will be required to work in various logistics roles and context with increasing levels of complexity.
  • Applicants must be passionate about building a career in Softhills media
  • Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
  • Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
  • Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
  • Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
  • Bringing positive energy into the company, and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
  • Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
  • Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
  • Upholding the good name of the company at all times.
  • Writing a test or submitting to some other form of evaluation at the end of the graduate program.

Requirements

  • Degree in the relevant field.
  • Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset.

  • We are excited to extend an opportunity for NYSC corpers to join our organization.
  • We are actively seeking passionate individuals who have successfully completed their tertiary education and are eager to gain practical experience in the corporate environment.

Requirements

To qualify for this internship opportunity, interested candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
  • Currently undergoing the NYSC program.
  • Yet to secure a primary assignment.

Customer Service Representative

Requirements

  • A degree in any relevant field
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases
  • Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
  • Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
  • Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Female needed for Gender balance
