VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

  • The Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
  • This role involves preparing documents, conducting research, managing data entry, handling communications, and maintaining our digital presence.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research and compile information to support business decisions.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage data in company databases.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client schedules efficiently.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Website and Social Media Management: Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create and schedule content for the company’s social media channels.
  • Word Processing: Complete word processing tasks as required.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and organize data for statistical analysis to support business insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Slack.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

An Ecommerce company in Lagos is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Location: Lagos

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  •  Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements

  •  Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
