Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make land sales to individual and corporate clients.
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Meet sales targets and report progress to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 2-3 years in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
