Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to grow the revenue and Distribution Channels of of African Naturalistas, a company into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products.

Location: Lagos

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage all distributor and resellers acquisition and retention
  • Motivate Sales Team to meet agreed target
  • Increase Business Revenue and Revenue Growth Rate
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service
  • Administrate customer database on email marketing platforms
  • Achieve objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and complete the marketing action plan.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
  • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
  • Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCG Industry
  • Demonstrated experience of Sales growth in FMCG Industry
  • Must live within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos State
  • Minimum – HND/BSC
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good people skills and friendly disposition
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning software
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Appreciable knowledge of Digital Marketing.
