Responsibilities
- Generate leads, seek out new prospects and develop clientele base via networking.
- Maximise sales of appropriate products that meet the needs of customers by utilizing available resources.
- Promote our Client’s products and servicesto existing Clients by utilizing available resources.
- Ensure appropriate booking and monitoring of transactions.
- Ensure data integrity while capturing Customers’ details.
- Carry out inspection of subject matter of Insurance.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales records and provide sales reports as required.
- Identifying and escalating actual/potential operational issues when they arise
Requirements
- A minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have completed NYSC
- 26 years or older
- Previous marketing/sales experience is an added advantage.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Interested in building a career in sales.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good relationship management skills.
- Good Business writing skills.
Remuneration
- The fixed pay is a stipend of N50,000 monthly and variable pay of up to N250,000.
