Content Creator

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit compelling content for digital channels, including articles, social media posts, videos, and newsletters.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency across platforms.
  • Engage with followers on social media and respond to comments and inquiries.
  • Stay current with best practices in content marketing and SEO strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,  or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management, at least 2 years.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Graphics Designer 

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with client goals and brand identity.
  • Create visual content for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver compelling graphics that support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare and finalize designs for print and digital production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in UX/UI design
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with branding and marketing strategies.
