Responsibilities
- Support customers and find the best solutions for their queries;
- Foster close communication with sales and logistic teams.
- Be there for our customers at all times – communicate, analyze, troubleshoot, report and resolve;
- Become a product expert and constantly grow by expanding our knowledge as well as your own;
- Provide omni-channel support via email and chat (no calls!);
- Monitor the performance of the support team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as necessary
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to improve the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and provide input on how the support team can adapt and improve
