We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative with strong Microsoft Office skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking.
Integrity, dependability, and strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to stay focused in a fast-paced remote work environment, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inbox and order entry system to ensure timely order processing.
- Communicate with various departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled as requested.
- Provide customers with stock availability, lead times, and order status updates.
- Create and send order confirmations to customers.
- Print and verify labels or samples for accuracy.
- Develop new labels, including ingredient declarations, in collaboration with QC & RD teams.
- Maintain and monitor label inventory, reporting when reorder levels are required.
- Generate daily customer reports for order tracking.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and co-workers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
