Program Overview
The Ouranos 2024 Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and experience needed to excel in the IT industry.
Trainees will gain hands-on experience, work on cutting-edge projects, and receive mentorship from industry experts.
Requirements:
Education:
- Recent graduates with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper (2.1) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of computer systems, security networks, system administration, databases, and data storage systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative-thinking ability.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a team.
Additional Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership qualities through extracurricular activities.
- Relevant certifications or a post-graduate degree are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
