Master Mind Scholarship 2025 at University of Hasselt, Belgium [Fully Funded]
The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training awards Mastermind scholarships to students from around the world for a master’s programmes in Flanders and Brussels.
A Master Mind Scholarship includes a grant of €10.000 and a tuition fee waiver per academic year (60 ECTS). Master Mind Scholarship holders only pay an administrative enrolment fee.
The grant is paid in instalments and covers accommodation costs, insurances and a significant amount of their living expenses.

Eligibility Requirements for the Master Mind Scholarship 2025 at University of Hasselt
- The Master Mind Scholarship Program is open to all the Nationals.
- The applicant must have a bachelor’s Degree, obtained outside Belgium.
- Proof of English Proficiency Such as IELTS, TOEFL, or any other similar official English language test.
- Must be available to start studies in September 2025.
The Scholarship Covers:
- Full Tuition Fee Covered
- A grant of €10,000 (Euros) per academic year.
- The Grant amount covers the Cost of Accommodation in Belgium.
- The Grant also covers the cost of insurance and Living Expenses.
